Ab Montag, 20. Dezember 2021, gilt in allen Bibliotheken der Freien Universität die Pflicht zum dauerhaften Tragen einer FFP2-Maske in allen Bereichen der jeweiligen Bibliotheksstandorte, auch am Lesesaal-Arbeitsplatz.

Hintergrund sind die aktuellen Entwicklungen der Pandemie, das erhöhte Lüftungserfordernis bei zugleich schwieriger Witterungslage und die häufige Unterschreitung des Mindestabstands, insbesondere beim Lüften.

From Monday, December 20, 2021, it is a mandatory to wear a FFP2 mask permanently in all areas of the respective library locations of Freie Universität, including the workstations in the reading rooms.

The background to this are the current developments in the pandemic, the increased ventilation requirements in the case of difficult weather conditions and the frequent shortfall of the minimum distance, especially when ventilating.
