Tats\u00e4chlich ist der Vorschlag von einem bekannten Berliner Architektenb\u00fcro mit Erfahrung in Bibliotheksbauten aufgegriffen worden. Erste Pl\u00e4ne sind nun vorgestellt worden.<\/p>\n<p>Nach einer Asbest-Sanierung k\u00f6nnte die Kongresshalle u. a. einen ca. 300 Meter langen und 90 Meter breiten, lichtdurchfluteten Lesesaal nebst Freitreppe Platz bieten.
