Ziel der im M\u00e4rz 2015 vom Europ\u00e4ischen Rat initiierten Task Force ist es, laufenden Desinformationskampagnen Russlands (sogenannten \u201eFake News\u201c) entgegenzuwirken. Zwischen Januar 2015 und September 2017 wurden \u00fcber 3300 Falschmeldungen in 18 verschiedenen Sprachen identifiziert, die in einer Datenbank (\u201eDisinfo Cases\u201c) recherchiert werden k\u00f6nnen.
