Verzeichnet wird \u00fcberwiegend deutsche, englische, franz\u00f6sische und niederl\u00e4ndische Literatur zu allen kulturellen, historischen und bibliografischen Gesichtspunkten des Buchwesens (u. a. Buchherstellung, -handel, Verlagswesen, B\u00fcchersammlungen\/Bibliotheken). Ausgewertet werden u. a. Monografien, Zeitschriften, Kongresspublikationen, Ausstellungskataloge \u00fcberwiegend aus Nordamerika und Europa. Die Datenbank enth\u00e4lt wissenschaftliche Publikationen zum Themengebiet ab dem sp\u00e4ten 19. Jh. ff.<\/p>\n<p>Book History Online basiert auf der gedruckten <em>Annual Bibliography of the History of Printed Book and Libraries<\/em> (ABHB, 1970 ff.), die von der Rare Books and Manuscripts Section of the International Federation of Library Associations (IFLA) erstellt wird. Die Datenbank wird vom niederl\u00e4ndischen Verlag Brill in Zusammenarbeit mit der University of St Andrews und Society for the History of Authorship, Reading, and Publishing (SHARP) ver\u00f6ffentlicht.<\/p>\n<p>Die Literatureintr\u00e4ge lassen sich u. a. in die Literaturverwaltungsprogramme EndNote und Refworks importieren.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ab sofort kann \u00fcber das FU-Campusnetz kostenfrei auf Die Datenbank Book History Online (BHO) zugegriffen werden.
