(DGVN)<\/a> und das <a href=\"https:\/\/oenz.de\">\u00d6kumenische Netz Zentralafrika<\/a> laden am Dienstag, den<strong> 18.12.2018<\/strong>, zu einem Mittagsgespr\u00e4ch ein.&nbsp;Im Gespr\u00e4ch sollen die Wahlergebnisse (Pr\u00e4sidentschaftswahlen 2017, Parlamentswahlen 2018) und die damit verbundenen politischen Perspektiven f\u00fcr <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bmz.de\/de\/laender_regionen\/subsahara\/ruanda\/zusammenarbeit\/index.html\">Ruanda<\/a> diskutiert werden. Positive Entwicklungen im Bildungs,- Gesundheits- und Wirtschaftsbereich stehen im Gegensatz zu demokratischen und rechtsstaatlichen Defiziten. Die Meinungsfreiheit ist in Ruanda stark eingeschr\u00e4nkt, gleichzeitig w\u00e4chst mit zunehmender Bildung eine Generation heran, die wahrscheinlich mehr Mitspracherechte einfordern wird.<\/p>\n<p>Ruandas Entwicklungsziele sind in der \u201e<a href=\"http:\/\/www.minecofin.gov.rw\/fileadmin\/templates\/documents\/NDPR\/Vision_2020_.pdf\">Vision 2020<\/a>\u201c festgehalten: von einem landwirtschaftsbasierten Niedrigeinkommensland zu einer wissensbasierten Dienstleistungs\u00f6konomie.&nbsp;Die Vereinten Nationen vor Ort unterst\u00fctzen die Entwicklungsstrategie der Regierung und bescheinigen ihr gro\u00dfe Ambitionen bei der Umsetzung der Ziele f\u00fcr nachhaltige Entwicklung.&nbsp;Dennoch leben \u00fcber 50 Prozent der Bev\u00f6lkerung unter der Armutsgrenze.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Es diskutieren:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dr. Gerd Hankel, Hamburger Institut f\u00fcr Sozialwissenschaften<\/li>\n<li>Dr. Fabien Hagenimana, Rektor des \u201eInstitut d\u2019Enseignement Sup\u00e9rieure\u201c (INES) in Ruhengeri<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Moderation:<\/strong> Dr. Lisa Heemann, Generalsekret\u00e4rin der DGVN<\/p>\n<p><strong>Uhrzeit:<\/strong>&nbsp;12.00 bis 13.30 Uhr mit anschlie\u00dfendem Imbiss<\/p>\n<p><strong>Veranstaltungsort<\/strong>: Albrechtshof, Albrechtstra\u00dfe 8, 10117 Berlin<\/p>\n<p>Das Mittagsgespr\u00e4ch findet in&nbsp;<strong>englischer Sprache<\/strong>&nbsp;statt.<\/p>\n<p>Wir bitten um&nbsp;<strong>Anmeldung<\/strong>&nbsp;bis zum 17.
