August vom&nbsp;Weltklimarat (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change &#8211; IPCC) in Genf auf einer Pressekonferenz vorgestellt worden. Zuvor wurden die Hauptaussagen auf der 50. IPCC-Plenarsitzung vom 2. bis 6. August verabschiedet.<\/p>\n<p>Der Weltklimarat wurde im November 1988 vom Umweltprogramm der Vereinten Nationen (UNEP) und der Weltorganisation f\u00fcr Meteorologie (WMO) gegr\u00fcndet.
