Mai 1950 wurde die <a href=\"https:\/\/europa.eu\/european-union\/about-eu\/symbols\/europe-day\/schuman-declaration_de\">Schuman-Erkl\u00e4rung (oder Schuman-Plan)<\/a> vor Pressevertretern in einer Regierungserkl\u00e4rung bekanntgegeben. Im wesentlichen ging es darin um einen grundlegenden politischen Plan f\u00fcr eine Zusammenlegung der deutschen und franz\u00f6sischen Kohle- und Stahlproduktion nach dem Zweiten Weltkrieg.<\/p>\n<p>Der Plan f\u00fchrte zur Gr\u00fcndung der Europ\u00e4ischen Gemeinschaft f\u00fcr Kohle und Stahl und erwies sich so als wichtige Grundlage f\u00fcr den Prozess der europ\u00e4ischen Integration &amp; leitete die Geburt der Europ\u00e4ischen Union wie wir sie heute kennen ein.<\/p>\n<p>70 Jahre sp\u00e4ter finden Sie nun <a href=\"https:\/\/schuman70.eui.eu\/\">auf einer Ausstellungsseite des European University Institute<\/a> wichtige, interaktive Fakten und Hintergr\u00fcnde zu der Schuman-Erkl\u00e4rung.
