August zum <a href=\"https:\/\/www.un.org\/development\/desa\/youth\/what-we-do\/international-youth-day.html\">Internationalen Jugendtag<\/a>. Dies ging mit der Empfehlung einher, \u00f6ffentliche Informationsaktivit\u00e4ten zu organisieren, um den Tag zu unterst\u00fctzen und das Bewusstsein f\u00fcr das, von der Generalversammlung 1995 verabschiedete <a href=\"https:\/\/www.un.org\/development\/desa\/youth\/world-programme-of-action-for-youth.html\">Weltaktionsprogramm f\u00fcr die Jugend<\/a>, zu f\u00f6rdern. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedes Jahr wird ein spezielles Schwerpunktthema gew\u00e4hlt. 2020 hei\u00df es: \u201e<a href=\"https:\/\/www.un.org\/development\/desa\/youth\/iyd2020.html\">Youth Engagement for Global Action<\/a>\u201c. Es soll daran erinnern, wie das Engagement junger Menschen auf lokaler, nationaler und globaler Ebene, nationale und multilaterale Institutionen und Prozesse bereichert und sich in der formalen institutionellen Politik niederschl\u00e4gt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In einer Welt in der das Vertrauen in \u00f6ffentliche Institutionen schwindet, die Welt sich polarisiert und die Legitimit\u00e4t der Vereinten Nationen in Frage gestellt wird, erscheint es um so wichtiger, die Jugend einzubeziehen und gemeinsam die F\u00e4higkeit des internationalen Systems zu st\u00e4rken sowie L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr dr\u00e4ngende Herausforderungen und f\u00fcr bestehende und kommende Bedrohungen zu finden.
