Als Herausgeber fungiert Thomas Spear, emeritierter Professor f\u00fcr Afrikanische Geschichte an der University of Wisconsin-Madison.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Die Themengebiete im \u00dcberblick: Mit dem Programm der Oxford Research Encyclopedias<\/a> (ORE) baut der Wissenschaftsverlag Oxford University Press (OUP) dynamische Online-Enzyklop\u00e4dien f\u00fcr mehr als 20 Disziplinen auf (ebenfalls von der FU Berlin lizenziert: ORE Religion<\/em><\/a>). Oxford Research Encyclopedia of African History<\/em> tries to cover the entire range and sweep of African history, from the earliest stone tool\u2013using hominids to the most recent religious movements, or from new interpretations of the Mau Mau movement in Kenya to recent reconsideration of the Rwanda genocide and its aftermath. Editor in Chief is Thomas Spear, Professor of African History Emeritus at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
