Based on decisions made in conjunction with Berlin\u2019s Senate Chancellery \u2013 Higher Education and Research on January 6, 2021, universities and colleges will continue to follow the phase 2 regulations as described in Berlin\u2019s phased plan for university operations with pandemic-related protective measures, beyond the original period scheduled to end on January 11, 2021.
In concrete terms, the latest decisions have the following implications for the Library System at Freie Universit\u00e4t:
– The libraries at Freie Universit\u00e4t Berlin will resume lending services (Please wait until you have received the pick-up notification for your items before you come to the library!)<\/strong>
– Other library services such as reading rooms, open stacks, copy machines, scanners, and PC work stations are still off limits.
