Diese Studie ist  f\u00fcr FU-Angeh\u00f6rige im  Volltext zug\u00e4nglich &#8211; und nicht nur diese, sondern das gesamte Spektrum der OECD-Publikationen steht FU-Angeh\u00f6rigen durch die von der Universit\u00e4tsbibliothek lizenzierte Volltext-Datenbank <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ub.fu-berlin.de\/digibib_neu\/datenbank\/metalib\/titel\/KOB12236.html\">SourceOECD<\/a> zur Verf\u00fcgung.  Die einzelnen Publikationen sind nicht im FU-Katalog erschlossen. Es lohnt sich also, in SourceOECD immer mal wieder nach <a href=\"https:\/\/titania.sourceoecd.org\/vl=1312938\/cl=53\/nw=1\/rpsv\/home.htm#New%20Books\">Neuigkeiten<\/a> zu schauen. <\/p>\n<p>Im Vorwort der neuen Studie hei\u00dft es: &#8222;The crisis that struck in 2008 forced governments to take unprecedented action to shore up financial systems. As economic recovery takes hold, governments will want to withdraw from these extraordinary measures to support financial markets and institutions. This will be a complex task. Correct timing is crucial. Stepping back too soon could risk undoing gains in financial stabilisation and economic recovery. It is also important to have structural reforms in place so that markets and institutions operate in a renewed environment with better incentives. From the start OECD has said &#8218;Exit? Yes. But exit to what?&#8216; &#8230; Two questions, then, are at the core of this report: How and when can governments safely wind down their emergency measures?
