April 2025 sollen Ver\u00f6ffentlichungen von Angeh\u00f6rigen der Freien Universit\u00e4t aus dem Jahr 2024 im <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/sep.ub.fu-berlin.de\/SEP\" target=\"_blank\">Selbsterfassungssystem SEP<\/a> eingetragen werden.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die <a href=\"https:\/\/frub-berlin.primo.exlibrisgroup.com\/discovery\/search?vid=49KOBV_BIBFUB:Unibib\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/frub-berlin.primo.exlibrisgroup.com\/discovery\/search?vid=49KOBV_BIBFUB:Unibib\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Universit\u00e4tsbibliografie<\/a> erfasst seit 1981 die gemeldeten Ver\u00f6ffentlichungen von Mitgliedern der Freien Universit\u00e4t. So bietet sie eine \u00dcbersicht \u00fcber die Publikationen, die von Angeh\u00f6rigen der Freien Universit\u00e4t w\u00e4hrend ihrer Zugeh\u00f6rigkeit zur Universit\u00e4t verfasst wurden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:#9adffd\" class=\"has-inline-color has-dark-gray-color\">Um diese  \u00dcbersicht m\u00f6glichst vollst\u00e4ndig zu halten, ben\u00f6tigen wir Unterst\u00fctzung der Autor*innen:  Bitte tragen Sie Ihre Publikationen mit dem<strong> Erscheinungsjahr 2024 <\/strong>bis zum <strong>30. April 2025<\/strong> ein. <\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Das Wichtigste zu SEP <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Vereinfachtes Eintragen der Daten mit DOI<br>Eine DOI erleichtert die Daten\u00fcbernahme in SEP &#8211; die Eintragungsmaske wird automatisch bef\u00fcllt. <\/li><li>Wer kann Publikationen in SEP eintragen?<br>Jeder, der einen ZEDAT-Account besitzt und an der Freien Universit\u00e4t Berlin besch\u00e4ftigt ist, kann Publikationen f\u00fcr sich und auch f\u00fcr andere eintragen. Nicht festbesch\u00e4ftigte Mitarbeitende der Universit\u00e4t, wie z. B. Emeriti, Lehrbeauftragte, Gastprofessor*innen, Stipendiat*innen, Doktorand*innen, k\u00f6nnen sich an die <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fu-berlin.de\/sites\/ub\/service\/unibibliografie\/kontakte_bereichsbibliotheken\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\">SEP-Ansprechpartner*innen in den Fachbibliotheken<\/a> wenden.<\/li><li>Welche Publikationen (elektronisch oder Print) k\u00f6nnen Sie erfassen?<br>Monografien, Herausgabe von B\u00fcchern, Zeitschriften oder Schriftenreihen, Buchbeitr\u00e4ge, Zeitschriftenaufs\u00e4tze, &#8218;graue&#8216; Literatur (z.B. Working Papers, Privatdrucke etc.), Rezensionen, Patentschriften, (eigene) Rundfunk- und Fernsehbeitr\u00e4ge und andere elektronische Ver\u00f6ffentlichungen. <br>Bitte tragen Sie keine Interviews und Vortr\u00e4ge in SEP ein.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Weitere Informationen auf der <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.fu-berlin.de\/sites\/ub\/service\/unibibliografie\/index.html\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"www.fu-berlin.de\/sites\/ub\/service\/unibibliografie\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\">Webseite der Unibibliografie<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">University Bibliography: Report your publications from 2024<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>By April 30, 2025, publications by members of Freie Universit\u00e4t from the year 2024 are to be entered in the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/sep.ub.fu-berlin.de\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/sep.ub.fu-berlin.de\/\" target=\"_blank\">SEP self-reporting system<\/a><\/strong> (German only)<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/frub-berlin.primo.exlibrisgroup.com\/discovery\/search?vid=49KOBV_BIBFUB:Unibib\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/frub-berlin.primo.exlibrisgroup.com\/discovery\/search?vid=49KOBV_BIBFUB:Unibib\" target=\"_blank\">university bibliography <\/a>has been recording the reported publications of Freie Universit\u00e4t members since 1981. It thus provides an overview of the publications written by members of Freie Universit\u00e4t during their affiliation with the university.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:#9adffd\" class=\"has-inline-color has-dark-gray-color\">In order to keep this overview as complete as possible, we kindly ask for the  authors&#8216; support: Please enter your publications from 2024 by April 30, 2025.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The most important things about SEP<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Simplified data entry with DOI<br>A DOI makes it easier to transfer data to SEP &#8211; the entry mask is filled in automatically.<\/li><li>Who can enter publications in SEP?<br>Anyone who has a ZEDAT account and is employed at Freie Universit\u00e4t Berlin can enter publications for themselves and for others.
