Bei &#8222;EBR Online&#8220; handelt es sich um ein umfassendes Nachschlagewerk zur Entstehung und Wirkungsgeschichte der Bibel. Die geplanten 30 B\u00e4nde der Enzyklop\u00e4die erscheinen gedruckt und online im Zeitraum von 2008-2018, zwei davon sind bereits fertiggestellt (Aaron-Azzur).<\/p>\n<p>Besonderen Wert will das englischsprachige Projekt auf Fragen nach den kulturellen Umst\u00e4nden der biblischen Urspr\u00fcnge legen. Sowohl die Entwicklung der unterschiedlichen kanonisierten Texte als auch die Rezeption der biblischen Schriften in Judentum und Christentum machen die Forschungsschwerpunkte des Bibelprojekts aus.
