Bis zum 6. Juni 2010<\/strong> besteht f\u00fcr FU-Angeh\u00f6rige ein kostenfreier Zugriff auf die beiden Volltextdatenbanken „Reformation Sources Online“ und „Girolamo Savonarola“.

\"\"Reformation Sources Online <\/a>stellt eine Sammlung von Werken zur Geschichte der protestantischen Reformation in Europa vom 16. bis zum 17. Jahrhundert dar. Enthalten sind neben den zentral relevanten Autoren und den wichtigsten Str\u00f6mungen der Reformation auch weniger bekannte Figuren, deren Schriften selten und oft schwer zug\u00e4nglich sind.<\/p>\n

Die Sammlung, die aus Mikrofiche-Digitalisaten besteht und in mehreren Tranchen ver\u00f6ffentlicht wird, soll nach Projektabschluss rund 4.000 Werke im Faksimile umfassen. Am Aufbau beteiligten sich die Zentralbibliothek Z\u00fcrich, die Bayerische Staatsbibliothek, die Herzog August Bibliothek (Wolfenb\u00fcttel), die Italienische Nationalbibliothek (Florenz), die Bodleian Library (Oxford), die Cambridge University, die Bibliot\u00e8que nationale de France sowie die Amsterdamer Universit\u00e4tsbibliothek.<\/p>\n

Gegenw\u00e4rtig gibt es Zugriff auf folgende Collections:

\nGirolamo Savonarola: Religious and Political Reformer<\/a> bietet Zugang zu 212 Inkunabeln (davon 54 Zweitexemplare und 7 Drittexemplare) der Schriften Girolamo Savonarolas (1452-1498) aus der (Mikrofiche-)Sammlung der W\u00fcrttembergischen Landesbibliothek. Eine vollst\u00e4ndige \u00dcbersicht der enthaltenen Titel findet sich via www.idc.nl<\/a> (PDF-Datei).<\/p>\n

Die Dokumente sind in beiden Datenbanken als PDF-Dateien hinterlegt und k\u00f6nnen auch optional mit dem kostenfreien DjVu Browser abgerufen werden. Leider k\u00f6nnen „nur“ einzelne Seiten gespeichert oder ausgedruckt werden.<\/p>\n
