Neu lizenziert wurde die Online-Datenbank Biblioteca Italiana Zanichelli (BIZ)<\/a>. Diese beherbergt Texte zur italienischen Literatur mit \u00fcber 1.000 Werken von den Anf\u00e4ngen bis zum Beginn des 20. Jahrhunderts. Vertreten sind 245 Autoren, 19 Anonyma, vier Lyrikanthologien sowie s\u00e4mtliche Beitr\u00e4ge, die in den Zeitschriften „Il Caff\u00e8“ und „Il Conciliatore“ erschienen sind. Die Benutzeroberfl\u00e4che ist auf Italienisch gehalten und recht intuitiv zu bedienen.<\/p>\n

Die Online-Textsammlung umfasst ferner Werke, die von au\u00dferliterarischem Interesse sind wie z. B. die „Croniche“ von Giovanni, Matteo und Filippo Villani, die „Storia d’Italia“ von Francesco Guicciardini, die „Vite“ von Giorgio Vasari, die umfangreiche Sammlung an Reiseberichten „Navigazioni e viaggi“ von Giovan Battista Ramusio, die „Istoria del Concilio tridentino“ von Paolo Sarpi, die „Piazza universale“ von Tommaso Garzoni, „Teatro delle favole rappresentative“ von Flaminio Scala, den „Zibaldone“ Giacomo Leopardis sowie die Libretti von Giuseppe Verdi.<\/p>\n
