Januar 2017 kommt es zu wichtigen \u00c4nderungen hinsichtlich der Online-Bereitstellung urheberrechtlich gesch\u00fctzter Schriftwerke gem\u00e4\u00df \u00a7 52a UrhG, die alle Lehrenden und Forschenden der Freien Universit\u00e4t Berlin betreffen.<\/p>\n<p>Lehrende und Forschende der Freien Universit\u00e4t Berlin k\u00f6nnen gem\u00e4\u00df \u00a7 52a UrhG urheberrechtlich gesch\u00fctzte Schriftwerke in den zentralen Systemen Blackboard, Blog, Wiki und CMS bereitstellen. Die dabei zu ber\u00fccksichtigenden rechtlichen Voraussetzungen wurden in einem Hinweisschreiben des Rechtsamtes dargestellt, das am 17. Juni 2015 an alle Dekanate und die Leitungen der Zentralinstitute gesandt wurde und unter dem Titel &#8222;Hinweisschreiben zur Schrankenregelung des \u00a7 52a UrhG&#8220; im Wiki &#8222;Rechtsfragen zum IT- und Urheberrecht&#8220;
