Zu diesem Ergebnis kommen Forscher von IBM.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Die Mitarbeiter des IBM-Forschungsinstituts in San Jos\u00e9  (Kalifornien)  beobachteten 345 erfahrene Nutzer bei insgesamt 85.000  Mail-Zugriffen.  Das Ergebnis ist eindeutig, das Modell Sickergrube  \u00fcberlegen: Die Mails  schlicht im Eingang zu belassen und bei Bedarf zu  suchen, ist  effizienter und spart Zeit.
