The Economist has a short but informative <a href=\"https:\/\/www.economist.com\/blogs\/graphicdetail\/2012\/05\/daily-chart-5\">online movie on the subject<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>There is, of course, a wealth of other information material out there. Here are some of the most trustworthy and up-to-date sources:<\/p>\n<p>The New York Times has a wide variety of <a href=\"https:\/\/elections.nytimes.com\/2012\/electoral-map\">interactive maps that are updated regularly<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/wp-srv\/special\/politics\/election-map-2012\/president\/\">The same goes for the Washington Post<\/a>,<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;which also offers a concise and interesting <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/wp-srv\/special\/politics\/track-presidential-campaign-ads-2012\/?tid=rr_mod\">overview of campaign spending in the individual states<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The arguably most relevant poll for the upcoming election is the so-called &#8222;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.purplestrategies.com\/\">Purple Poll<\/a>&#8220; which tracks swing states sentiments, but is only released about once a month.<\/p>\n<p>One of the best sources for statistics and interpretations thereof is the <a href=\"https:\/\/fivethirtyeight.blogs.nytimes.com\/\">NY Times FiveThirtyEight Blog<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>And last but not least, for fans of online radio, NPR offers a wide range of political coverage at: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.npr.org\/sections\/elections\/\">https:\/\/www.npr.org\/sections\/elections\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Missing anything?
