A, to a separate ms. or to a copy of a forerunner as attested for most of the therapeutic tablets in Ninive. Since the text follows exactly the course of ms. A (and parallel) as well as its layout (two columns) suggest a serial witness the fragment B has been considered here as belonging to the tablet NECK 6.
