There are many Bachelor Thesis waiting on my desktop to be judged. One can find an interesting development over the past years: I recently gave a talk at the university about scientific work, especially about writing such a bigger work like the BT. One point was about finding the right research question. And we talked about the scientific process to built up this question, also. Besides, I also tried to give my students an impression about the principles of contents.
Now I see the results in my office. On the first glance, all thesis have a much better scientific approach and the authors are at least aware of the problems, a scientific work should tackle. When I take into account the much more work I had with discussions and many emails I was writing, I am very glad now that this all leads to such good results. Well, I am not finished with judging the thesis that are waiting on my table, but this is a very good first result for myself.
I wished, everything one is doing at university would have such a very good ROI.
