I am Chantal Boeldt and I am 19 years old. I graduated from high school this year and started studying at the FU this year as well. My major is English Philology and my minor is Spanish Philology and I want to become a teacher (ISS/Gym). I have always been fascinated by languages and the different cultures that speak them. My mother tongue is German, but I love to learn languages, I learned French, Spanish and English at school. I was born in Berlin and have always lived here, except in 2017/18 when I lived with a host family in Indiana, USA. This was also the crucial time when I fell in love with the English language. 🙂
