Do you finally want to get going with that writing assignment that’s been lurking on your desk for a while? In this online workshop, you will become acquainted with writing strategies that can help you to develop your ideas, to (re-)discover what you actually want to write, and to clarify the point you are trying to make. Have pen and paper ready – the exercises will be done by hand. To conclude the workshop, we will think about ways in which you can proceed with the results of the exercises.

Details and registration
This session provides a concise overview on authorship. What constitutes authorship? What consequences are associated with authorship?
Starting with the definition of the German Research Foundation, we will discuss some relevant questions surrounding this topic. Who qualifies as an author? Who do I contact in the event of a conflict? What does responsible authorship mean? What can go wrong when working with sources? And what does all this have to do with Large Language Models like ChatGPT?
