On arrival at Archipelagos one is given a short introduction to the place and the basics are explained. One is left to one’s own devices in getting to know the other interns, as well as the supervisors or the boss of the organisation. Ich habe ein einmonatiges Praktikum am Laboratory of Parasitology der Hokkaidō Universität in Japan absolviert. Die Hokkaidō Universität (Hokudai) ist eine renommierte japanische Eliteuniversität und gilt als landesweit führend im Bereich Veterinärmedizin mit über 22.000 Studierenden und Mitarbeitenden.
Das Laboratory of Parasitology der Hokudai ist spezialisiert auf die Erforschung von Zecken und Echinoccus spp. (z. B.
